Terms of Service

OpenLenz turns real-estate listing inputs — a Zillow or Realtor URL, a Google Drive or Dropbox folder, or photos you upload — into rendered video deliverables (a 16:9 long cut and a 9:16 short cut). Each render consumes one quota item from your monthly allowance or your add-on bank.

We may add, change, or retire features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect a paid subscription or purchased add-ons.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

OpenLenz Pro is a recurring subscription billed at $199 per month (or the equivalent annual rate where offered). Each billing period grants 12 listing renders and 2 cinematic renders. New accounts may receive a 24-hour free trial that includes 1 listing render. Unused monthly quota does not roll over and resets at each renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you keep access and any remaining monthly quota through that period.

Add-ons (extra listing, cinematic, or premium restyle) are one-time purchases. Add-on balances do not expire and remain available even if your subscription lapses. Unlimited free restyles of a completed render are included with an active subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Add-on purchases are final once any portion of the add-on has been used; unused add-ons may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. If a render fails for reasons within our control, the consumed quota or add-on is refunded automatically. Promotional or trial credits are not refundable.

You retain all rights to the photos, listing URLs, addresses, and other content you submit (“Inputs”). You grant OpenLenz a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, and store Inputs solely to provide and improve the service.

You own the rendered videos we produce for you (“Outputs”). Outputs ship without watermark and may be used for commercial real-estate listings under your brokerage. You are responsible for confirming you have the right to use any submitted photos and that any addresses, pricing, or other listing facts in the rendered video are accurate.

You agree not to use OpenLenz to:

• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• misrepresent listings, pricing, or property condition;
• upload content depicting minors as the subject;
• circumvent rate limits, quota, or security controls;
• resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The service depends on third-party providers, including but not limited to listing-data sources, generative AI providers, music libraries, and infrastructure providers. We use these providers under their own terms, and outages or changes by any of them may affect the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenLenz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Outputs will be error-free, factually accurate, or suitable for any particular listing or jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenLenz's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid OpenLenz in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). OpenLenz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk to OpenLenz or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (e.g. by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
